A large area of colorful sea of flowers, combined with themes including marketing for Taichung mountain city’s featured agricultural products, leisure agricultural travel, etc., showcasing the natural landscape, agricultural ecology and local industrial culture of the mountain city.
Love and Hope, A Voyage to the Asteroids with the Little Prince
“Le petit prince” is one of the French literary classics that earns favors from worldwide readers for its profound connotations. Taking the story of “The Little Prince” as the main plot of the flower carpet festival, the festival is titled as “Love and Hope, A Voyage to the Asteroids with the Little Prince”. With local flowers as the color pens, the largest rose and floral installation arts overlooking earth are created. By linking installation arts with the story, classic scenes in the story are re-produced for the Little Prince to take people shuffling across planets to rediscover oneself and stay true to oneself while being inspired by love and hope. Meanwhile,the natural, livable, and friendly city image of Taichung is conveyed to the citizens.

Fengyuan Route: Depart from Taiwan Railway Fengyuan Station.
Taiyuan Route: Depart from Taiyuan parking lot.
Dongshi Route (Holidays): Depart from Dongshi Riverside Park.
Cherry Blossom Route: Connecting to all parking lots surrounding the exhibition area.
Intervals: Every 20-30 minutes on weekdays /Every 15-20 minutes on holidays (depart when bus is full).
Schedules: Outbound 08: 00-16: 00; Return 10: 00-18: 00.
